Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Vintage jewelry is fragile. After sitting in storage for decades, a lot of pieces become brittle. You must take great care of your jewelry. We do not guarantee that your piece will last for any specific amount of time. In the event that your piece of jewelry is damaged in transit, we will offer to repair your item free of charge. You just need to ship it back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are unable to repair it, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. If that item has sold out, we will exchange it for a different item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All of our pieces are professionally photographed in a studio setting, and the color of items may appear different on other displays/monitors. We do not give refunds or exchanges due to color issues.
